Toolbar compatibility is broken

kerbalwind toolbar support appears to have gotten half-broken by

KerbalWind/ToolbarSuperWrapper.cs

Lines 37 to 40 in e0395af

With useAppLauncher = False in settings.cfg, KerbalWind.OnGui blows up on every call, because applauncherButton is null. With useAppLauncher = True, the toolbar button works... but annoyingly NOT if the applauncher button is janitor'scloseted away. (there's no exceptions in that case, just nothing happens)

Wind speed increases too much after landing

When the plane landed at the Cape at 65m/s and slowed down to about 20m/s, wind speed increased to 19m/s though median is 4.5 and gust strength is 2. This doesn't happen when the plane is flying at low altitude. This also happens post-crash, but in this case, the plane did not crash.

"Extreme Weather" check has no documentation whatsoever.

I've tried KSP forums, github issues, google - no explanation on what it does. Probably, you should consider updating documentation.

Add an off switch to the window

Feature request, from discord:

a global off switch in the UI, as a better way to temporarily turn off the wind than "set everything to zero, then remember what to set them back to"

Specific use case: in a krash sim, being able to easily turn the wind on & off to see exactly what effect it's having on an ascent profile. I'm seeing some interesting wobbles in MJ's flight recorder, but can't easily tell if they're coming from the wind
