fibernavigator2's Issues

color map threshold problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load float dataset with a black background
2. Change the colormap slider: the zero voxels are shown in black

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Voxels with 0 values should not be shown.

stick box to crosshair should work bidirectional

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select box and stick box to crosshair
2. moving box will not move the sliders
3. while movin the sliders, the box jumps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
bidirectional linkage

memory leak in screeshot function

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loop over a big number of screenshots :

eg.
for ((i=0;i<100;i++)); do echo "MotionNotify 278 735 ButtonPress 1
ButtonRelease 1 ButtonPress 1 ButtonRelease 1 MotionNotify 165 40 ButtonPress
1 ButtonRelease 1 MotionNotify 165 60 ButtonPress 1 ButtonRelease 1" |
xmacroplay -d 500 $DISPLAY ; done

2. Memory use increases strongly.

Data ste is not loaded

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open /scr/klee2/results/masked/T1.nii
2. open /scr/klee2/results/data.nii

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Diffusin Dataset for tensor tracking is loaded
No datset is read

Bingham to Diffusion Signal visual Bug

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load /klee/scr2/results/CSD8.nii (after loading T1)
2. Save calculated Bingham fit
3. close and reopen fibernavigator2
4. load Bingham fit
5. Calculate Bingham to diffusion signal

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect signal
Get Weird Lines instead of Signal

Interactive slice movement in 3D scene for slices parallel to the screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load MRI and rotate to coronal view
2. move slices (right click on the coronal slice)
3. nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The coronal slice should move
* Move down -> move slice to the front
* Move up -> moce slie backward
(or vice versa, if tilted to the front)

Please provide any additional information below.
Weighting of the shift vector and the current scalar product of the normal and
the shift vector would solve the issue.
This weighting can be a cos(angle)*shift + (1-cos(angle)) * scalar product. Try
also e.g. cos² cos³ pow(cos,4).

Request for glyph scale bar

A nice feature would be a scale bar which allows changing the size of the
visualized glyphs. As well for Tensor, CSD or Bingham glyphs.

Segfault upon Loading CSD8.nii

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load /klee/scr2/results/CSD8.nii

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Visulization of CSD
leads to segmentation fault

Clipping of fibers to the plane doess not work with tube shader

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load fibers
2. clip display to 1mm -> only fibers colse to the plane are displayed
3. swich to tube render mode -> no cliping

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please enalbe also clipping of tubes

slice rendering of 8bit rgb data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load 8bit rgb data (e.g. fa_rgb )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a nice rgb image and no hedgehog
