Cannot generate frob to get auth url to get token without already having token

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an RTM object and set the api key and shared secret with the 
constructor new RTM("APIKEY", "SHARED SECRET")
2. attempt to get a frob with rtm.getFrob();
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Results in a "no token set" MilkException, preventing authentication to *get* a 
token


I may be doing it wrong, in that case it would be awesome if you could explain 
what I should be doing to me. ([email protected], or just comment on this issue)
