Document that head() can be a method

From here https://ream.js.org/guide/manipulating-head.html it's not obvious that meta tags can be dynamic. Compare with Nuxt documentation: https://nuxtjs.org/api/pages-head

Remove Vue.use(Router) from examples

The examples (e.g. https://ream.js.org/entry-file.html) suggest to call Vue.use(Router):

import Vue from 'vue' // not needed
import Router from 'vue-router'

Vue.use(Router) // not needed

export default () => {
  return {
    router: new Router({
      mode: 'history',
      routes: []
    })
  }
}

However it's not needed as Ream does that itself anyway (and this is what it should do in any case, as it depends on Router being installed).
