Main Overview

This release provides information of medical suppliers who care specific medical supplies and their Medicare participation status released by Medicare.

Medicare provides substantial amounts of data to the public about medical facilities, supplier information, physican comparisons, and much more healthcare data. If you are interested in learning more about datasets released by Medicare, please visit the Medicare Data homepage.

Data Source

This resource is presented in both the JSON and CSV formats. The included dataset contains the following columns:

"company_name ", "dba_name", "address", "address_2", "city","state", "zip", "zip_plus_4", "phone", "prod_ctgry_name", "competitive_bid"

Change Note 6/8/2021:

As of May 2021, the following columns are no longer provided by CMS:

"cbsa_id", "cbsa_name","toll_free_telephone"
