multi's Issues

Fix front page documentation (.md, .rst)

  • 🎴: dek: The decorator-decorator 🎴
  • πŸ—‚: datacls: Take the edge off dataclass πŸ—‚
  • πŸ—œ: gitz: Tiny useful git commands, some dangerous πŸ—œ
  • πŸ›Ž: impall: Test-import all modules below a given root πŸ›Ž
  • 🧿: safer: A safer writer for files and streams 🧿
  • ⛏: sproc: Subprocesseses for subhumanses ⛏
  • 🌊: wavemap: Memory map WAVE or raw audio files 🌊
  • 🌱: xmod: Turn any object into a module 🌱

Write rec/rec/README.md automatically

The top of the text is free form, but then there are four tables containing project descriptions and links to them:

production, beta, experimental and mothballed

which are generated automatically by multi.

Productionize `nc`

  • Finish API documentation
  • Edit test documentation
  • Write color swath page and add to docs
  • Proof whole page
  • Push to rec.github.io
  • Mark as production
  • Build and push a new dashboard

Write a dozen articles

For each article

  • write and preview in a branch
  • use automatic dates and times
  • replace the time with a future time
  • pull into the main branch

Set up some sort of blogging system on rec/rec

Requirements:

  • development of articles in separate branches
  • comments from users
  • some reasonable preview workflow

Nice to have:

  • markdown/uses mkdocs
  • embedded execution of Python examples
  • automatic publication of stories on a calendar or timetable

Automate and document a bit more what to do for each change.

  • Change resume: multi resume
  • Change code or template for multi: multi mkdocs -ftag:production-ready --push
  • Change README for project: multi mkdocs --push -p <project>
  • Change blog post: multi publish --push
  • Any project changes multi dashboard --push
  • Update a project's version: multi dump_version

Found in proofreading

README.md needs a title:

  • abbrev
  • datacls
  • impall
  • xmod
  • sproc
  • editor
  • safer
  • dtyper (needs more)
  • nc (needs more)

rec.github.io:

  • datacls (remove API)
  • impall (API Documentation header missing)

`multi publish` command for pelican blog

  • Correctly detects if there are any changes in the blog, or if anything has been published
  • Builds
  • Pushes

The first part is the hard part, because I know it creates deltas even if none of the source has changed. :-/

Finish generated documentation
