Come up with Usage plan

There needs to be more detailed information about how to use this library, and the library itself needs to be refactored to accomodate these use cases. A couple of use-cases are as follows:

Standalone

1. The user defines their chord in an HTML element using data-attributes
2. A script at the bottom of the page loads SVG into that element

As a JavaScript module

1. The User can extend off of this library to perform more complicated actions
2. The User can integrate this library with other libraries like React, Vue, etc
