i cant run the RDDoS_Tool.py

It wont run, it gives me a weird message when ever i try to run the .py file. I have python 3.10

Terminology Change + ReadMe Change

I could be mistaken, and have read the code wrong, but how is this a DDoS tool? Seems to be just a ping loop, and there isn't machine distribution, nor a way to effectively host this as a single program controlled by a single machine with the code at hand.

I recommend simply changing two things in the readme file:

1. Any mention of "DDoS" should be replaced to "DoS", since this is just a ping-of-death tool at best.
2. Complete the actual definition you put for "DDoS" (I believe you conveniently left out the part about involving more than one machine).
3. Potentially re-name the titular hook, and consider that this isn't really even the best ping-of-death tool.
