jekyll-jupyter-notebook's Issues

problem

Hi!

I am trying to use the jekyll jupyter notebook extension but I am having some problems! I receive the message:

The page build failed for the `master` branch with the following error:

The tag `jupyter_notebook` on line 7 in `index.md` is not a recognized Liquid tag. For more information, see https://help.github.com/articles/page-build-failed-unknown-tag-error/.

For information on troubleshooting Jekyll see:

 https://help.github.com/articles/troubleshooting-jekyll-builds

If you have any questions you can contact us by replying to this email.

Here is my repository https://github.com/juanitorduz/juanitorduz.github.io

What could be the problem?

Thanks )
Juan

error message: "Liquid Exception: no implicit conversion of nil into String in E:/.../2017-09-03-blog.md"

Hi Mr. Sutou,

Thanks for the update. I still got the same error message. Please take a look at my repo at https://github.com/joyride2017/econ. I used the same .md and .ipynb as in your example. I am sure that I have updated jupyter notebook plugin from 0.0.1 to 0.0.2 by commanding "bundle update." After trying to watch my local changes by commanding "bundle exec jekyll serve --baseurl," I got this message:

Configuration file: E:/sandbox/_config.yml
Source: E:/sandbox
Destination: E:/sandbox/_site
Incremental build: disabled. Enable with --incremental
Generating...
Liquid Exception: no implicit conversion of nil into String in E:/sandbox/_posts/2017-09-03-blog.md
jekyll 3.5.2 | Error: no implicit conversion of nil into String

And on my GitHub Pages, I found a relevant error message:

Your site is having problems building: The tag jupyter_notebook on line 6 in _posts/2017-09-03-blog.md is not a recognized Liquid tag. For more information, see https://help.github.com/articles/page-build-failed-unknown-tag-error/.

Thanks for the help. I am looking forward to your solution.

Best,

python.ipynb.html' not found.

Hi,

thanks for the gem. However, I always get the following error:

Not Found
`/test/python.ipynb.html' not found.
WEBrick/1.4.2 (Ruby/2.5.1/2018-03-29) at localhost:4000

I placed the python.ipynb file inside the same folder as test.md.
Do I need to first export the ipython notebook as html manually?

Plugin doesn't work in collections.

I tried to use this plugin to convert Jupyter notebooks contained in a Jekyll collection. It didn't even try to do the conversion and I kept getting the error ERROR '/mycollection/example.ipynb.html' not found. The file /mycollection/example.ipynb was there, it was just never converted to an html file.

When I moved example.ipynb outside of mycollection then it was found and converted.
