首行默认是 Title
问题描述
开启 admonition block 后，首行必须写 title: ，不然不会自动添加 title 并检测不到 end block。
```ad-<type>
title: <type> // 必须
text
```
下列写法在 hexo 中可以但 ob 中不行
```ad-<type>
This is title // hexo 中首行默认是 title，但 ob 中是内容。
text
```
下图是不写 title 直接写内容的情况。
