Country drop-down input on webpage not showing countries

Description: Countries input does not display all the countries in the drop-down menu.

In the browser's inspection network tab, the 'countries' request status is 200 but the response is HTML code and should be JSON list of countries.

Expected: The drop-down input for countries displays a list of countries.
Actual: No options to select.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to website
• Click on the country drop-down menu

Postal code (zipcode) validation not fully confined

API does not handle spaces or hyphens. Postal code validation rejects strings not matching this regex expression:
^[a-zA-Z0-9]{0,10}$ (alphanumeric and max 10 characters long)

For postal codes with hyphens or space, the API rejects the query.
