index.rst.j2 has recursive lookup

During the last refactor of index.rst.j2, a recursive lookup was left in the toctree. Subsequently, calls to sphinx-build are failing:

Add ability to collect logs from multiple hosts - including the virthost

For documentation generation, files are collected from the undercloud.
However, there are files on the virthost (for example: used to prepare the virthost for PXE forwarding, in the case of a virt undercloud and baremetal overcoud) that are not captured by collect logs now.

In order to include those files in the documentation, we have to manually copy over the files to the undercloud prior to running the generation.

We should collect a human-readable journal and not the binary journals

The binary journal is not readable from the web, so we should instead collect jouralctl output to a file, and not collect the binary journals in /var/log/journal.

Add the ability to generate sosreports on all the hosts

While hitting bug and race conditions it would be really useful preparing sosreports on all the involved hosts.
Even if the bug will be manually opened, having already the sosreports loaded somewhere will shorten the time for having a complete bugreport.

Extensibility of the list of collected files

The list of collected files is specified using the the "artcl_collect_list:" list. The default value is part of defaults, but this means that it will be overridden and every user which wants to change the list need to retype the base default values.
It should be easier to extend the default list. I'm not sure which is the best way (vars with default? Change the name of the variable for the list, and always add to the the default list - unless the user overrides the new default)?

be able to add yaml or support files

if I do a command like

` openstack overcloud deploy --templates tripleo-heat-templates
-e ~/network-environment.yaml

I would like to add the contents of network-environment.yaml to the documentation

Ensure collected journal is consistent

Plain copy of /var/log/journal/ might be inconsistent, log collection must do journalctl --no-pager
instead.

how do I submit patches for this project?

when trying to use git review for this project I get

I don't see anything in README for how to contribute to this project
