Update course materials to cover the lag and entries read enhancements to `XINFO GROUPS` in Redis 7.

Redis 7 enhanced XINFO GROUPS to report on consumer group lag and number of entries read by the group. Update the course materials for this.

Move week 4 exercises to use millisecond precision timestamps, so that RedisInsight renders the dates correctly. Currently it shows all the dates as 01/01/1970 because the IDs provided are second based timestamps. This will also need updates to the text sections in week 4 of the course.

Add information about the `ENTRIESREAD` option for `XGROUP CREATE` added in Redis 7

Add some information about using ENTRIESREAD when setting up a new consumer group - Redis 7 feature.

The NOMKSTREAM option was added to XADD in Redis 6.2. Add a brief example of its usage in section 5.2.

Update the course materials to cover the `IDLE` option for `XPENDING` that was added in Redis 6.2

Update the course materials to include examples for the IDLE option that was added to the XPENDING command in Redis 6.2.

Add docker-compose file to provide a Redis instance for this course.

Add adocker-compose.yml file that uses the Redis Docker container (https://hub.docker.com/_/redis), and configure Redis in that container to persist data to a folder named "redisdata".

Update the course with materials covering the `MINID` stream trimming strategy,

XADD and XTRIM got a new MINID trimming strategy in Redis 6.2. Update the course for these.

Hi RedisU Team. Can you please change the following line in the README file under the Setup section from
. env/bin/activate to . env/Scripts/activate
I think the file structure of the repo may have been changed after the README was last updated

Change the course repository to use `main` as the default branch.

Update the course materials with details of exclusive range option to `XRANGE` and `XREVRANGE` added in Redis 6.2

Redis 6.2 added a new exclusive range option for the XRANGE and XREVRANGE commands. Update the course materials to cover this.

Update the Python code as needed to work with the latest redis-py client.
