Hi, since skulls skins are stored as extra data in the stack and the plugin does not allow to add such data out of the box this is not possible.

However I can add a way to reuse drops and just change their quantity, probably with a multiplier.

To give a quick update to this feature request:

I made something that is working, and it uses data provided by Sponge. However some data (like the ones for TileEntities like skulls) are not accessible when the plugin processes custom loot.
There may be workarounds for simple cases, but no reliable way to get such data (read: with forge mods).
So this means use cases like yours are not properly doable for now (but I will try to add a workaround in the meantime if this is possible).

It will probably be fixed in Sponge in the future but there is no ETA. I'll see if I can help implementing required stuff, but I can't promise anything.
