removal of the security issue in pardus

The website pardus.org.tr, where this repository used to use the security vulnerability to send emails, is the official website of Pardus, a free and open source operating system based on Debian GNU/Linux. Pardus is developed by TÜBİTAK, the National Academic Network and Information Center of Turkey. And when i published this repository, i also reported the issue to the developers of the website. And since they've fixed the issue, this repository will be using floodmail.net's e-mail spam api. People who has the required smtp/api access to send e-mails, but do not want to build an Application Programming Interface(API), or a Command Line Interface(cli) can use this repository with their own function. Or you can use it as-is.
