Enhancement to retrieve current User Quota and Max Quota

Enhancement to retrieve current User Quota (the command is "a":"uq" if I am not wrong)

Could not upload the file

I sometimes encounter that MegaApi throws this exception

Full filename including uploader local's PC path is shown as filename

Full filename including uploader local's PC path is shown as filename when uploading using UploadFileSync, because it lacks a code to Path.GetFilename()

File Stream does not close when uploading using Sync

Uploading using Synchronous does not close the inputStream, thus the file is locked and prevented from delete. Please fix this issue.
