periodically check for tracked call status

The long-polling innovaphone SOAP API is unfortunately prone to hiccups and there's a non-zero chance we might miss events. To avoid leaving orphaned calls in zammad's log, we could periodically check for ongoing calls and update the internal state accordingly.

add graceful shutdown

We should have some grace period during shutdown to wait for ongoing calls to finish.
It's impractical to wait for all calls, but this way we can at least reduce the likelihood of orphaned calls being left in the zammad call log.

Firmware version question

Hello,
we are thinking to move to innovaphone.
in the read readme you say:
Currently innovazammad uses innovaphone's v11 SOAP API (see innovaphone/pbx.wsdl). Older PBX versions might not work.

What firmware version are you using? v11 or v12?
we asked if it was possible to install your extension in the pbx and they (the dealer) said we should downgrade the firmware version to v11.

In the innovaphone wiki i cannot find a newer version of v11 soap api

Run multiple instances simultaneously

we are testing to integrate your nice piece of software with our Innovaphone but we face one big question: are we able to run multiple instances of this package simultaneously?

Multiple MonitorUser

The integration of innovaphone into Zammad with the help of your solution is great.
However, we have a challenge. We have several trunk lines in the PBX that need to be monitored. Is it possible to specify multiple MonitorUser or is there another approach. I tried to specify the PBX object as MonitorUser, but unfortunately it does not work.

How to Setup up trunkprefix. country code and numberprefix

Dear all

Thanks again for helping setting things up. We receive calls now in Zammad which is great. There is just one little problem: the phone numbers formatting.

Currently we are using the configuration as follows:

                "countrycode": "41",
                "trunkprefix": "0",
                "numberprefix": ""

which result in nicely formatted Swiss numbers. But since we are receiving a lot of calls from outside Switzerland those numbers look somewhat clunky:

Does anybody have an idea how we should setup the parameters above in order to receive always nicely formatted phone numbers?
