start window import error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start the program without configuring the application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The main window. An import error raises because there is no config.ini file 
created yet

gluon not found

ubuntu+apache installation

There's a new recipe in the project wiki to address the single user limitation 
when deploying with Apache 
[http://code.google.com/p/erplibre/wiki/DeploymentWithPostgreSQLAndApache here].

The new  
[http://code.google.com/p/erplibre/downloads/detail?name=erplibre-1.1.0a.zip&can
=2&q= installer] allows to skip unpacking web2py and providing the path to the 
current web2py installation.

Due to GNU/Linux user rights it's not recommended (although still possible) to 
share erplibre files between web2py daemon user and other system users.

The original issue was opened in the old project site by Ovidioccg:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I web2py installed on a machine 64bit ubuntu 11.10 in / home / www-data 
apache2. And the GestaoLivre downloaded and ran the install is not telling the 
location of web2py but stating that web2py is not installed, so it makes a new 
installation in home / Ovid / Downloads. The installation took place, but not 
much happens, or the directory is web2py.py so I can run sudo python-web2py.py 
to 123. What's wrong. I did the installation of W2P in my apache instance, I 
got in and put my connection db.py postgres.mas the message that 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"An exception ocurred while connecting to the database. Please check the 
configuration app.". What to do?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Import from CSV folder field is no longer needed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the "Import db from CSV" option 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A simple form that asks for a file to import from. The form takes a folder and 
the full file-path. The folder field is not necessary

too many setup db import actions

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the gui setup window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A db import feature. There's more than one bulk db import option available for 
the same task

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The older action "Load example from db" should be removed
