SHOULD: Start the file (as if the user double clicked on the file)

Parallel installation not working on Linux

1. implement parallel installation for both, RPM and deb files (Step 2 and 3 https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/Linux#Step_2:_Downloading_and_Unpacking_the_Installation_Files)
