arduinocore-rl78g22_fpb's Issues

Unable to upload during serial communication on Linux

■ Corresponding version
v.2.2.0

■ Contents and Occurrence conditions
An error occurs when uploading during serial communication on Linux.
The error conditions are as follows.

  • RL78/G22 FPB uses micro USB terminal for serial communication
  • Upload a sketch using Arduino IDE on Linux

■ Workaround
Please update the Arduino library.

■ Permanent measures
Fixed in V2.2.1.

Executing analogReference() sets a specific port to analog settings.

■ Corresponding version
v.2.1.0 and Before v.2.1.0

■ API function affected by defect
analogReference()
The analogReference function is a function that sets the reference voltage used for analog input.

■ Contents and Occurrence conditions
There was an issue where using the analogReference function would set certain ports to analog. Therefore, if you set a particular port to be a digital port and then run the analogReference function, the port will not behave properly as a digital port.

The specific ports are as follows.
P22(26 pin of Arduino connector)

■ Workaround
Execute the analogReference() function at the beginning of the setup function.

■ Permanent measures
Scheduled to be fixed in next version.

Print.h cannot be included

■ Corresponding version
v.2.0.0 and v.2.1.0

■ Contents and Occurrence conditions
Including Print.h causes an error.

■ Workaround
When including Print.h, write as follows.
#include "api/Print.h"

■ Permanent measures
Scheduled to be fixed in V2.2.0.

All interrupt pins become input ports when attachInterrupt() is executed.

■ Corresponding version
v.2.0.0 and Before v.2.0.0

■ Contents and Occurrence conditions
The attachInterrupt function is originally a function that sets the specified interrupt pin as an input port and defines an interrupt handler. However, there was a problem in which all interrupt pins were set to input ports in the attachInterrupt function. Therefore, if a specific terminal is set as output before calling the attachInterrupt function, that terminal will be overwritten as input. The pins to be initialized are as follows
P16, P31, P137, P140

■ Workaround
1. Set the attachInterrupt() function at the beginning of the setup function.
2. 1 Set the next output terminal with pinMode.

■ Permanent measures
Fixed in v.2.1.0.

linux version

Hi,
is there any plans to release a linux version of the tools?
