Minor stying issue between dexy code block and markdown code block

If you look at this page:

.. you can see that both command vagrant ssh and vagrant halt render with a different size.

I tried both to use <pre><code> and also the four space indentation as documented here .. but couldn't get the rendering to match.

Directory scipy-tutorial-2014 keeps getting created

I keep getting a directory scipy-tutorial-2014 within scipy-tutorial-2014. Need to track down what is creating this.

Update "Regression Testing" section

• Add link from the agenda page
• Create a markdown document
• Create a notebook

Add support for relative url with single template approach

Commit 9b387e9 updated the layout to have a single _template.html, the issue is that because the base url to serve page on github page and locally with dexy are different (github.com/scipy-tutorial-2014/ vs localhost/) having absolute url encoded in the template doesn't work any more to accommodate both.

Few possible approaches:

• implement a jinja macro computing the relative path. To get path like this one
• tell doxy serve which base to use
