After some reconsideration and rereading the SparkPlatform documentation (there is a lot of it, so it's easy to miss things), the following was enough.

Initially, I sent the same curl request as POST, but that returned a 403 Forbidden response. Removing that one part, making this into a GET request allowed it to work.

Thankfully, in my case, this office/agent only has one property currently available, so the response wasn't ginormous, but the next obvious step for me is to modify this request to only get the property data I need, not all of the property data for each property.
