Ticket Type not set or selectable

Hello,

bug summary
Ticket type is not being set after ticket has been submitted and cannot be set manually in the back-end.

reproduce steps

1. In the back-end, create a CMS page and include the supportTicketSubmit component
2. Set options of supportTicketSubmit component, ticket type is set to Technical Support
3. Save page
4. In another browser/tab, sign in as a front-end user and go to the new supportTicketSubmit page
5. Enter ticket details and submit
6. Go back to admin/backend area and navigate to Support > Tickets
7. Click newly received ticket
8. Ticket Type is blank and cannot be set manually

expected behavior
The Ticket Type in the newly received ticket should be set according to the option selected in the component options

actual behavior
Ticket Type is blank and cannot be set manually

Display Submit Form

I added the component on my page. However, only one field (Ticket type) is displayed on the screen. What must I have done wrong? Attached is the screenshot of the form.

I used the example on the documentation (OctoberCMS page)to attach the component.

Display just the Client Ticket

Is it possible just to show the ticket for the client not all tickets on the listing?

The client does not receive a message

The client does not receive a message from the Site Administrator. To see the message, you need to refresh the page. From the Administrator's side, client messages come automatically.

Can I manage the tickets by rainlab-user or just Octobers CMS admin?

I need to manage the tickets by rainlab-user is that possible?

Missage cannot be found

when i replying from- localhost/backend/responsiv/ support/preview/4
I see that the respons by Admin is successfully send but when i open- localhost/ ticket-message
I see - Missage cannot be found. In my SQL the replying messages i have.
WHAT HAVE I DO NEXT ???

NOTE i don't found a video support about how to install your plagin. Your plagin cost 100$.

Failed to update composer dependencies

Fresh install of October 3.1.14

Only possible installation was with parameter --want=dev-master (but this is common problem of October 3.1, not specific for the plugin). But plugin was disabled by system: cannot find composer dependencies
