ACDF是什么？

ACDF是Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion，它是ADF手术系列下的一种。ADF是Anterior Decompression and Fusion，ADF通常还包括ACCF(Anterior Cervical Corpectomy and Fusion)，但是ADF中的D是减压，ACDF中的D是椎间盘摘除（是更具体的减压方式）。 ACDF的中文翻译不一定统一，有很多种翻译方法

  • 颈（椎）前路椎间盘切除融合术
  • 颈（椎）前路椎间盘切除减压植骨融合术
  • 颈（椎）前路减压融合术
  • 颈（椎）前路减压植骨融合术

1958年Cloward和Smith Robinson报道了颈前路手术减压的效果和方法。
