Variablize gas

Gas should be sent as a variable but defaulted to a set amount.

Add transaction history

The BTC wallet should have a transaction history view.

Create package.json

We need a full package.json file. Not a minimum default, but the full deal.

We need this wallet to support Ethereum.

Seed phrase and password support

Our wallet should support the use of a password (Ethereum) and/or seed phrases for private key recovery.

Add Travis CLI for testing

Ideally, we'd like to have tests built in Travis CLI. Depends on $$$...

We need this wallet to support Bitcoin.

Add Ethereum options to BlockCypher API calls

It'd be nice to use BlockCypher for testnet API calls.

Offer alternative crypto network connection options

This should allow developers to define their own connection to the various crypto networks, or continue to use what is provided. Additionally, we should offer our own full nodes for access to each network.

Test scripts

We need scripts to test this package.

localhost:7545 (ganache) support

For Ethereum we should be able to use Ganache and local chains.

Miner fee should be variable

The miner fee should be a variable that can be set, but it should default to a given value.
