Fix media keys

For example:

• Volume up/down
• Brightness up/down

Change colour of `i3lock` background colour from white

In fact, it's not showing the image at the moment because:

1. The image path is wrong
2. i3lock only supports PNG

Fix palm detect

• Set Palm Detection to 1: xinput set-prop 12 "Synaptics Palm Detection" 1
• Set Palm Dimensions to 5, 5: xinput set-prop 12 "Synaptics Palm Dimensions" 5, 5

I also want to make sure that the touchpad tap is disabled as this can be triggered whilst you're typing, which is bloody annoying.

keyboard configuration - should add instructions or setup step?

Since the readme encourages use via vm/vagrant, it might be important to help users set up their keyboard on first boot.

ie, I couldn't use ~ ( tilde), meaning the instructions in the readme were impossible to type as is.

Suggest
a) launch dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration as part of provisioning
or
b) include keyboard setup instructions in the readme

NB To get a working keyboard on a british macbook air, I had to do:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration

Then chose 'macintosh'
and 'UK'
and mashed 'OK' through the defaults

Add feedback to the `install.sh` script

Don't really want to dive too deep into this because I'll probably port it to Ansible but it would be nice to have some error handling or at least some acknowledgement of success(?)

Debug and fix colours

• tmux colours aren't correct
• vim colours aren't correct in tmux

looks like the .bash_profie from the .dot repo references hardcoded user dir:

Remove or create dot files

• Currently using my own https://github.com/rey/computer/blob/master/install.sh#L42 which isn't a great idea
• Need to decide whether dot files are even necessary
