UI File Menu

Let's start with a simple file menu. This will require input event blocking and input component ordering. Creating an entity from a datafile would be nice. Also, should probably fix component removal while iterating.

Move windowing logic into a system

As a singleton, it blocks the creation of 2 engine contexts.

Add component/entity serialization

Store & manage entity ids

Needs to be done per-engine context.

Code sucks. Make it not suck.

Template classes remove namespace requirements when included

Create an EngineSystem

Manages an engine context. Editor will use this to load/display the scene to be edited.

World time doesn't update at low time scales

Add Editor-specific systems

Need new versions of existing systems that shouldn't update in a non-interactive context (i.e. physics, input). Can probably just override update method.
