Support gvim and termguicolors with guifg attributes

The plugin doesn't color the christmas tree in terminal vim with set termguicolors enabled. Adding guifg attributes will fix this.

"Swapfile detected" warning

I see a "swapfile detected" warning when I run :MerryChristmas from a second vim instance.

I think this is because the plugin opens the christmas tree file in a split, and then sets readonly. To avoid this warning, I think you need to do this simultaneously with something such as sview.

Also, you might optionally want to set nomodifiable. This has no effect related to the swapfile warning, but it's generally a nice setting for buffers which aren't meant to be modified (a savvy user can still override this with set nomodifiable). A great example would be vim-plug's :PlugUpdate buffer.
