Handle logical operarand OR correctly

Currently the OR operarand does not work correctly.
Expected behaviour is that the iptc tag following the OR operand is not restricted to any of the previous queries.

Query for the common tags is incorrect

Currently the common tags queries shows too much. It should not show a particular (tag,value)-combination when not all the pictures shown have that combination.
Likewise, if not all pictures have a (tag,value)-combination it should be possible to choose the tag.

Add "next page" for query page

Instead of showing just the 100 first pictures, allow to show next and previous pages.

Incorrect query drop down menus after scan

After a scan, the query dropdown menus and conditions should be invalidated, such that a subsequent query will recalculate the dropdown menus.

Enable changing of tags

Change/add tags to a selection of shown pictures.
Tags should appear in both the database and in the IPTC data.

Add CSS layout

Add CSS styling to the div's.

Show slideshow

Show a slideshow as a result of a query.

Write README.md

Write a README.md file so that people unfamiliar with this project knows what it is.

Use dependency injection for PDO

Improve responsiveness by Ajax

On the Query page, use Ajax to update parts of the webpage instead of reloading the complete page each time
