Handle scheduled merchants routes

With GoldClub you can schedule merchants routes. These routes can be taken into account when drawing the resource prognosis graph.

ADD: dropdownlist with own villages in marketplace

In the marketplace, it would be nice if you can select your village name, instead of typing in its coordinates.

Missing resourcelines in graph

Probably because of missing meetingplace and/or marketplace, none of the resourcelines shows up.

Add random waits between successive page loads

In order to reduce the load on the Travian server, there should be some (random) delay in between the page loads. Maybe add a progress bar as well, to show why it takes so long to load the village overview and the resources graph.

Resources not showing since v1.3

Since version 1.3 (where the merchant routes where introduced), the resource levels are not shown anymore for users without Goldclub.

Handle merchants repeats

If merchants are told to walk 2x or 3x this should be drawn in the resource prognosis graph.

Draw available merchants into the resources graph

Draw available merchants into the resources graph, such that you can see when you have how many merchants available.

Keep corn levels above 0

With a negative corn production, the prognosed corn level will reach 0 at some point in time. From this time on, the corn level should level out at 0.

Graph shows only first 10 incoming troops

Only the first 10 incoming troops are drawn in the graph.

Mark all messages as read

Visit all unread messages to mark them as read.

Automatic selection in farmlist

In the Gold Club farm list, select all the villages that have been raided but need more soldiers to get all the resources.

Work on any Travian server

Currently, only the http://ts4.travian.nl is supported. It should support any '.travian.' site.

Add progress bar to graphs

Show a progress bar when downloading all the pages necessary to show the resource graphs.

ADD: select all messages

Add an checkbox to mark all 10 messages on the messages page.

Take available merchants into account

When you have a merchant route scheduled but at the time not all of the merchants are available, use only the available merchants for the calculation of the resources shipped.

Resource should level out at maximum capacity

When some resource will reach the maximum capacity it should be leveled out at this maximum instead of continuing above the capacity line.

Incorrect village overview

Occasionally, the village overview is incorrect. It then duplicates the icons of one village and shows them for another village. It's hard to reproduce, though.

Take unavailable resources into account

If merchants are scheduled (either by merchant route or by repeat) to transport resources that are not available, do not add those resources at the receiving village, but only the resources that can be shipped.
