Build failed. Any binaries for latest/recent ShadowPlay available?

When I try to build, I get this error:

Am I missing something? and I know the project is a bit old, but would this work with recent ShadowPlay?
Not sure if any of these are configurable with the tool but I'm mostly interested in adjusting the audio codec/bitrate and forcing a specific output resolution (e.g. upscale 1080p to 4K).
