Gaming trivia game built using a cool CSS framework called NES.css and an open API for the trivia questions. *Please note that the NES.css framework has been built with Chrome in mind so the look and functionality differs with other browsers. For best experience, use Chrome.

Game Logic

Finish game logic to move through questions with progress bar.

Play Again - Mobile

Display different play again button for mobile and possibly desktop instead of y

Remove "your name"

Remove the your name field as it is not used and I do not want to implement a database to store scores. I want to keep this strictly a front end application.

Favicon Missing On Stats Page

Best Score - Summary Section

Add section to summary about average score, best score, etc. Possibly base it off the difficulty used.

0 Stats - No Values

If a user is shared the stats url and goes there, the stats doesn't display 0's it displays blank boxes

Disable Answers

Disable the answer radio buttons after the submit is clicked

Bug With Playing Again

Playing again doesn't work because json object is not being reset with the setDefaults method

Add Loading Screen

Add loading screen with animated loading icon

Fix Close Alert To Show Only During Quiz

The alert when a user is leaving the game is not working 100%

No Page Padding - Mobile

There is no extra padding or spacing at the bottom of the page and this makes mobile really tough when scrolling down in order to click on the next/submit button

Add Tab and left/right arrows to keyboard shortcuts.

Add the ability to tab or use right and left arrows to move current answer, etc. Also added tips to the modal so user knows about them

Add certain time between questions

0 Questions Correct - No High Score

Clean Up CSS

CSS files need to be cleaned up to not have so many HTTP requests and spacing in the files

Alert When Time Runs Out

Display some kind of message to the user when time runs out

Add Favicon

Add favicon to the project

Trim Whitespace

Trim trailing spaces in settings input

Hide Tooltip Modal - Mobile

Hide the tooltips modal on mobile since there is no point showing it as the user can't even use a keyboard

Fix Elements Not Lining Up

NES.css elements don't line up 100%. Figure out how to override or figure out a new look

Keyboard Shortcuts - Tooltips

Add tooltips via modal so user knows how to play the game with their keyboard

0 Questions Correct Blank High Score

If a user has completed a quiz(s) and didn't get a single question right the high score will show blank

Play Game Again

Add the ability to play the game again after finishing

Keyboard Shortcuts - Settings Screen

Add keyboard shortcuts to the initial settings screen

Summary - Difficulty

Add the difficulty the user chose on the summary screen

Local Storage

Start to store quizzes in local storage in order to keep their past quizzes

Social Share Icons - Wrong URL

The twitter and email share icons share the wrong url (Github pages) instead of my personal url

Autofocus the first possible quiz answer when a question is displayed
