CrossPosterize an existing post & add section to tutorial about how to do it

Add 'live' flag to article command

Right now updating/creating your article on webflow will be staged and has to be published to production manually. By making use of webflow API's live parameter we can make it optional to directly publish to production.

On webflow, already existing article.md.json for a deleted article shows success when crossposting although no new article is published

Could be happening automatically

After publishing, display the URL of the published post

After publishing with CrossPost, display the URL of the published posts in the end of the stdout to be able to click it. Thus the user can quickly jump and review the freshly published article.

check URL validity of the markdown URLs

Check if URLs inside are valid.

"Updated your article" should be "Updated your WEBFLOW article"
