Bug : Export Markdown to HTML as Zip file don't export anything

When i'm using mmcli.exe mmcli markdowntohtml -i ".\markdown.md" -o ".\rendered.html" --rendermode zip --theme Dharkan -open I finally get a zip file. But the rendered HTML file get the same error as issue #1051

So the issue is the same as in #1051 - the DocFx parser doesn't work for the CLI as it depends on context that's not available when running from the CLI.

I've 'fixed' the CLI to display a message:

As it says it works when you run from within the UI as at that point the required configuration and context for the full document are available.

There might be a fix for this in the future, but honestly it's complicated to get that state transferred into the CLI.
