Clean up output of sql queries

Print column headings along with data.

Correct order of columns in CREATE & INSERT statements

CREATE & SELECT statements in all 3 queries out of order and therefore not benefiting from only scanning nodes with required partitions.

Change partition for query #2

In Query 2, PRIMARY KEY (userId, sessionId, itemInSession), is not an optimal choice of partition key (currently only userId) because sessions belonging to the same user might be in different nodes. This will cause a performance issue if the database is very large. Therefore we should use both userId and sessionId as partition keys so sessions from the same user are stored together. This can be accomplished by PRIMARY KEY ((userId, sessionId), itemInSession).
