Question about a technicality in the storage_redirect Guide

I'm a user of your Storage Redirect app and there is a technicality in your help website that I could not understand. I would really appreciate it if you could answer this for me! The article link is:

The black code block illustrated a situation where ExampleApp created a "images" folder with a "1.png" in /storage/emulated/0.

I see this as the app wants to create this temporary folder in the general storage and pass it to another app. Isn't this a common solution before it's isolated? In this case, even after Android 11, this solution should theoretically still work, as long as both file sender and receiver both have storage permissions. It did not save in its /Android/data/packagename route, so whether this folder is private should not have any difference. It should still work!

I'm only an enthusiast so I would really appreciate it if you could give me a feedback.
