Make a meta struct field for BaseLevelObject

Consider that things like typeIdentifier are probably better being placed in some sort of metadata field to separate functionality...

BaseLevelObject registration should track grid bucket index

For objects that frequently move, it should yield performance increases if they track the indices per bucket on the grid so that removal doesn't have a O(n) complexity, rather a O(1).

BaseLevelObject.belongsTo should be an associative array of int[int], mapping grid offset to bucket index.

For example:

level.grid[1] => [room, rug, hay, player]
player.belongsTo => [1: 3]

Map Type Safety

The map is currently represented as an Object[][] in the Level class, since every object that will appear on the map will inherit from the BaseLevelObject class the map should be modified to a BaseLevelObect[][] to increase type safety.
