Add a quote module with qadd, qget, qfind

qfind searches in a fuzzy manner, use CONTAINS or LIKE in sql for this functionality.

Change contracts

Change "body" or "do" or remove it, and use expressions where possible over blocks.

clicking the link will go back in the history to the original message

this will need some thought about the ux, perhaps using the matrix reply feature is the right approach

Refactor plugins to handle types other than text better

Currently all command methods return a string and there is a hack to work around this using !!image at the start of the returned string.

Create a struct or something which handles difference response types more elegantly.

For now, just using string is probably ok for noPrompt methods but if it's generic enough there will be no reason to not use it.
