Instantiating plugin with `by: "none"` does not prevent auto scroll to trigger when drag and released

If you instantiate the plugin with the following:

by: "none",
speed: "medium",
pause: 5

the plugin correctly does not auto scroll. However, upon manually dragging the content to scroll and releasing, the auto-scroll triggers and starts scrolling. This is unexpected behaviour, the plugin should not auto scroll in any situation if the value of by is "none"

When type is "page" the widget content continues to scroll even when widget is not visible

Reproduction Steps (Requires at least 1 google spreadsheet with many rows of data)

• Create a presentation with two Spreadsheet Widgets in the same placeholder
• 1st Widget
  • Set the Scroll setting to Page, any speed and pause amount is fine
  • Leave off Play Until Done and set a small duration like 20 seconds
• 2nd Widget
  • Set the Scroll setting to anything
  • Leave off Play Until Done and set a small duration like 20 seconds

Expected Results

• 1st Widget should pause and not scroll in background when the Viewer swaps the widget for the 2nd one to show

Actual Results

• 1st widget continued scrolling when it was not visible on screen. When the 1st widget gets shown again and the 2nd is hidden, the 1st widget is at a much further place down the spreadsheet than it was when last on screen.

Swiping doesn't work on Linux/Windows devices

How it should work:
Widget should respond to the swiping actions on the touch screen.

Play until done ends spreadsheet scroll early.

1. Add multiple spreadsheets and widgets to same placeholder
2. Allow scrolling by page
3. Select play until done

The spreadsheet will scroll, then end abruptly and move on to the next sheet.

When Widget is set to not scroll, it cannot be swiped

How it works now:
Add the Widget to a Placeholder where the data goes past the Placeholder. Set it to not scroll. Notice that you cannot swipe to move the data that you can't see. This does not happen with the existing Gadget.

How it should work:
If the Widget has data that goes off the screen, you should be able to swipe to get to it.
