Filter does not clear when clicking the adjacent "x" button

(observed in image folder widget, test version 0.1.1)

Steps to reproduce:

1. From the configuration modal in the image folder widget, click on the storage browse button (to the right of the url)
2. Click on the find/magnifying glass.
3. Type the name of an existing folder (you will see the list reduce while typing)
4. Click on the smaller "x" to the right of the text entry field.

Result:
Text entry field disappears--but filter is still applied. The only folders showing in that list are those matching the filter. At this point, the only way to get the original list back is to re-open the filter field and manually erase the contents.

How it should work:
Clicking that "x" should erase the filter -or- erase the filter and close the text entry field.

Storage selector encodes spaces special characters in subfolders incorrectly.

How to recreate

1. In the root Rise Vision company add the Google Calendar Widget to a presentation
2. Select Custom Layout
3. Using the storage selector navigate to Acme Sign Co/AcmeKitchen2016/widget.html and select that file.

What happens
The link generated is https://storage.googleapis.com/risemedialibrary-f114ad26-949d-44b4-87e9-8528afc76ce4/Acme%20Sign%20Co%2FAcmeKitchen2016%2Fwidget.html
this URL does not match the URL generated when "Generate URL" is selected in the Storage App.

What should happen
The link generated should match the same link generated by the Storage App itself, https://storage.googleapis.com/risemedialibrary-f114ad26-949d-44b4-87e9-8528afc76ce4/Acme%20Sign%20Co/AcmeKitchen2016/widget.html

Common header appears in storage modal, makes modal unresponsive.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a widget that uses storage selector to your presentation
2. Click the storage selector button
3. View storage modal

Result:
Notice that the storage modal is not responsive and only fills a small portion of the screen, the common header also appears - http://www.screencast.com/t/Y0TmwDEQ88r9

How it should work:
The modal should be fully responsive, there should be no common header in this modal - http://www.screencast.com/t/Iw4h8UNHWZi
