Enable Vercel analytics and spped insights

Type checking for source files fails because `next-env.d.ts` does not exist

Include `tsconfig.src.json` to the output of `get-tsconfig-files` step in `check.yml`

It is included in lint-staged.config.js, but not in check.yml.

Because of this, bun run build executed by lint-staged but no build cache was restored.

concurrently npm:* runs commands with npm but I'm using Bun.
