Stop maintaining openmaize_jwt

This library is meant to offer a way of using Openmaize for Api authentication, but it might well be simpler to just use Phoenix.Token, or let the developer use a different token / JWT library.

This proposal is to:

  • stop maintaining openmaize_jwt
  • have openmaize.gen.phoenixauth (from the Openmaize library) generate files that use Phoenix.Token
    • these will be created when using the --no-html option

The benefits of this proposal will be that:

  • both html and api authentication will be contained within the same library -- Openmaize
  • there will be less code for me to maintain
  • it can serve as an example of how developers can use Openmaize with different libraries.
