Will add autocomplete feature. Simple google map geocoding api that lets you enter in a address and gives back the latitude and longitude.

Installation

1. Clone repo
2. Open index.html in web browser.

Usage

1. Open in browser.
2. Enter an address in form press enter or click geocode.
3. Enjoy the results.

Geocoder

Simple app which accepts an address from the user and then displays the latitude, longitude, and location on a map. Uses the google geocoding and maps apis.

How It's Made:

Tech used: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Map API

I am using the Google Maps API and connecting it to a form I made. It will take in an address and allow the user to either use enter or clicking the submit to get a result.

Optimizations

I am still learning about the Google Maps API and I want to incorporate an autocompleter to help get an accurate address entry.

Lessons Learned:

I have learned some useful knowledge of the Google Maps API and how to use forms and other outside elements to work with the Google Maps API.
