PHP Contact Form

@Ampzilla Hey, I am attempting to create a contact form for this site and I think something wonky is happening with the PHP because I never received the email with the form content in it. For now, I have the beta version of this setup on the server space Nasib lets me use, which I can give you access to if you need to check PHP configuration. Here is what I have so far live on Nasib's server: http://74.98.232.206/contact.html and you can view all of the files that are making this work in this repo.

I do know I will need to make the PHP more robust to include all of the input fields in the email, but for now, I had it just sending the Name, Email, and Message fields.

If you could take a look that be great!

Crowd Sourcing

Look into using GitHub API so a new issue can be created when a user finds an error in the transcription or wants to annotate information or even add information.

In meantime perhaps we set up a hypothes.is where people can annotate the pages.

ODD Issue

Here is the files for the ODD files that I have been having some difficulty in writing. I followed your example on theGraveyard project and everything seems to be working until I actually "run the wrench" and output a RNG file. If you find time can you please check out these files and let me know what you might think. Thanks!
