Considering `one`, `many`, ...

For simplicity, we only have db.query that returns rows.

For example, to select one record with existent API, you would:

const [ record ] =  await db.query(sql`...`)) // or db.sql`...`

if (!record) {
  throw new Error('not found')
}

Although destructuring helps, it's on the user to check if such record exists or not (null).

Usually, similar libraries implement several convenience methods that will throw if the query return unexpected number of rows. For example, for the example above, with a one method, the code would be:

const record = await db.one(sql`...`))

Introducing such methods, the API surface will increase by 3 or more methods, and by additional error types.
