Add sidebar with keyboard config options
Sidebar should:
- be located on left-hand side
- contain drop down for changing the base octave
- contain drop down for changing playback modes:
- organ
- piano
- contain drop down for selecting the PolySynth tone options:
- AM
- FM
- etc.
Add page-lost focus handler to stop all playback
Arrange keys into PC keyboard shape
Add instrument setting
Add a setting which allows the user to select an instrument to be used.
Set up GitHub CI Action
Investigate audio clicks and pops
When playing multiple tones rapidly, the audio will sometimes have clicks and pops.
Add keyboard playback modes
Playback modes to include:
- continuous (play continuously while key is held)
- toggle (play is toggled with each key stroke)
- pluck (play is triggered only on key down, key up does nothing)
