Add AppBars to the created pages

• home_page: bruger menu and search icons (at left and right sides)
• library_page: bruger menu, Бібліотека and home icon
• about_page: bruger menu, Про Лепетуна and home icon
• authorization_page: back arrow, Авторизація and home icon
• favorite_page: back arrow, Вибране and home icon
• notification_page: bruger menu, Нагадування and home icon
• search_page: back arrow and search bar with search icon, input area and cancel icon

Find-outs

1. Seems the card with the rule to be shown gets its title in the AppBar derived from the place it was called, e.g. Фразеологізми, Пароніми. However the recent rule button Останнє правило doesn't appear as a title of the AppBar property, so probably the null is provided at that moment making the title not to be set.
