phpBB extension that allows users to apply for a certain team positions. The applications are sent to a forum, as chosen in the ACP settings of the extension, where administrators can read them and see if the users are the best for the position.
on phpBB 3.2.0-RC1 with php 5.6.15 text gets parsed as htmlentities. A user, <strong><a href="./../memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2" style="color: #AA0000;" class="username-coloured">Mickroz</a></strong>, has applied with the following information using the application form.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold">Real name</span>: test<br /><span style="font-weight: bold">Applying for</span>: Moderator<br /><span style="font-weight: bold">Reason for applying:</span> <blockquote class="uncited"><div> testestest</div></blockquote>
Issue:
I don't have a real name extension enabled, however, the ext autopopulates the nickname in the field and you cannot change it as the text box is disabled. I tried to workaround that by editing styles/prosilver/template/appform_body.html and removing <!-- IF not S_EMAIL_NEEDED -->disabled<!-- ENDIF --> from the name input and setting value ="" or even removing it.
However after submitting the form with the real name entered it is still posted with the nickname.
Hello, your extension is gr8, thank you and good job with it.
I would have a suggestion if I am allowed, it would be nice to have the possibility to set more application forms, maybe even associate the group for which it is possible to apply. for example, if I first have to be a clan member to be able to become admin. I should have the possibility to apply as a clan member but not for the admin as I am not part of the "clan" group already. Once accepted as a clan member and added to the associated group then I will be able to apply for the new Admin form (just a drop-down menu that lists the groups in the database and selected the group allowed to submit). And so on....
