I am Robert, a software engineer from Germany.

My current professional focus is on

• Service Meshes, in particular Istio
• Networking, also in the context of Kubernetes
• Microservice architectures
• GraphQL

My daily toolset of programming languages contains:

• Java
• Go
• TypeScript
• and also Lua, Scala
• and I am trying to get into Rust right now
• and whatever you throw at me

I also love working on Open Source Software and I am the maintainer of AsciidoctorJ.

My personal cs-related interests are programming languages, and networking.
