Select theme from gatsby-config

Place many backgrounds from Lea Verou's css3patterns (repo) in a JSON file, in order to choose a background (by its name) in gatsby-config.

1. make a test json file with 1 theme
2. how to set the css snippet as body style? need to consider stuff like a. inline css in JSX needs to be camelCased b. variables in JSX are only for one css property (the snippets style background, background-size, background-image, etc)
3. when it's working, make the final json file

Dynamically change gatsby-plugin-manifest config based on siteMatadata

Currently setting up the site via siteMetadata variables won't update the manifest config.

Make a variable for colors in gatsby-config.js

To avoid repeating a hex code in siteMetadata and then in gatsby-plugin-manifest.
